La investigadora Denisse Sepúlveda de la línea de Geografías del Conflicto del Centro de Estudios de Conflicto y Cohesión Social (COES), ha sido nominada para el Premio SAGE a la Innovación y la Excelencia que se otorga anualmente a un artículo en cada una de las prestigiosas revistas de la British Sociological Association (BSA): Sociología Cultural, Investigación Sociológica en Línea, Sociología y Trabajo, Empleo y Sociedad.

El premio se otorgará al artículo publicado en el volumen del año anterior que se considere que representa innovación o excelencia en el campo y consiste en £250 en libros SAGE o una suscripción individual anual gratuita a una revista que elija el ganador. Todos los nominados al premio recibirán publicidad de las publicaciones BSA y SAGE, y los trabajos de los ganadores recibirán un período de acceso electrónico gratuito a su artículo (para fomentar su uso y citación).
