Entre los días 23 y 28 de febrero de 2021, se llevó a cabo de manera virtual el “IV ISA Forum of Sociology”, inicialmente programado a desarrollarse en Porto Alegre, Brasil. En esta oportunidad, se destaca la activa participación de 11 estudiantes y asistentes COES, quienes presentaron 13 ponencias y organizaron 2 sesiones temáticas. A su vez, 13 investigadores/as COES presentaron y 8 estuvieron a cargo de la organización de sesiones. Entre los temas abordados se incluyen racismo hacia inmigrantes, participación laboral, capital social, movilidad ocupacional, y percepción de la desigualdad. A continuación, se presenta información esencial sobre la participación de integrantes COES en este congreso internacional.
